All fees charged are in accordance with the regulations of the Geneva Bar Association (for more information www.odageneve.ch).

The calculation of fees is based on the following criteria: the time devoted to a case, the complexity of the case, the results obtained as well as the responsibility undertaken and the personal situation of the client.

In accordance with the Geneva Bar regulations, Croisier Gillioz & Associés usually requires payment of a retainer. This retainer is totally or partially refunded should it exceed the amount of the fees ultimately charged.

Fees are normally billed on a quarterly basis unless this does not fit with the type of activity. They are payable upon receipt.
